I called in about damage I noticed in my dresser after it was moved to my new address. And never received a call back from the supervisor

Great Team assigned to our recent move. Many boxes labeled clearly but not brought to proper room in new house; maybe we learned from our experience to improve our labeling and have a consistent family member to supervise box & certain furniture placement accordingly. Overall Great experience & would highly recommend. Team assigned was extremely friendly & strived to meet our needs.

I used these guys to move some stuff into storage after the death of a family member. They were efficient and faster than quoted. Not cheap but great careful service.

Your office is likely understaffed most businesses are right now. The ability to reach a human is not easy. Your movers work hard in terrible weather, with changing conditions during the move. I truly give them five stars. The communication from the office was not great. The final bill was higher than expected, but in the end they got it done and professionally. Thanks.

Movers are hard workers, no issues there. Packers did amazing.

The bad was the two offices communicating. I set this up with packers, no packers showed up due to miss communication. They had to scramble to find some packers, which meant they didn’t arrive till early afternoon. This was such an added stress that didn’t need to be there with just some better communication between the offices.
