The movers (load only service) were wonderful and worked quickly. But I was disappointed when at the other end of my move, I saw my most precious table come off the trailer with scratches and scuffs, after telling them to take extra special care with it. Now I have to fix it.

It was very frustrating I have used you many times and always had excellent experiences are items were move slowly and sloppily at our Arbor location one of the guys ripped off the electric door opener and said to me the nails just fell off but it was literally ripped off while there are moving the couch. And it just got Worse. My old apartment is going to change me a ton for that doorbell opener was Digital, and it was ripped off the wall no one did anything about it the had me sign things that I didn't want to it is sad my hole family have used you for years no more I am Going to share my experience on Google and other places

I hired them to move my son from our home to his college apartment. It was a very small move and they had difficulty moving the couch out of the lower level. When they arrived at my sons apartment one of the movers was trying to kick his couch through the door. My son asked him to stop and leave it in the hall. Also the mover told my son to clean his futon because he sweat all over it. My son called his roommate to meet him and remove the apartment door to move the couch inside. We were out of town and that is why I hired your company to help our son. My son told me to never use your company again.

The mowers drove into a light post in my driveway and knocking it completely out of the ground. There are several light posts lining the driveway and they are all connected. If one goes out, they all go out. This may be a substantial amount of work to repair and we will need the assistance of an electrician. There was also a big gouge placed on my hardwood floor because of a piece of furniture being jammed into it. A repair specialist is supposed to contact me, however, I still haven't heard from anyone and the move happened 7 days ago. We are hoping for an amicable resolution without the need to contact involved our lawyers.

Not recommended due to these caveats: 1) You should have sufficient amount of people at your house during packing for each loader to be watched to verify all of your belongings are packed. If this is not done and you sign the agreement you agree that everything is packed correctly. 2) Unload all boxes before you sign the agreement. If this is not done you agree that everything that was packed was accounted for at the new residence. 3) Plug in and verify all of your TVs are in proper working order. If this is not done and you sign the agreement you agree that it's working correctly, though my TV was broken and the cracks only visible when powered on. 4) If you sign the contract, the office staff will not take ownership of the mistakes and will simply point to the contract.

I don't want to fill this survey until my moving is done, but I received it again and again so I'm writing it now.
The movers broke one of our furniture and he said that he was really sorry and it would be fully covered.
However, after moving was done (a.k.a. I paid you) it was hard to follow up how you guys can fix or deal with this problem.
We tried to send an email or call to person who may it concern, but it was hard to hear any positive feedback.
We are seeing our broken furniture everyday which makes us annoying everyday.

I was very disappointed that my sofa had black hand prints all over it from their dirty hands. I need to get the sofa slip covers dry cleaned, I was told by the movers they would take great care of it.
Well, it was very dirty . It will cost me money that isn't necessary. Very unhappy with the lack of thinking on their part.

Movers took a long lunch.
Movers were young and couldn't remember where to put items after being told so many large items are in the basement instead of upstairs.
Movers left my queen mattress in my deck and my 12 year old daughter had to help me move it into the bedroom.
Movers slammed a desk on the deck leaving Mark's.

The guys were competent and delightful. They were happy to troubleshoot a few things and were extremely efficient. When I indicated that I'd like not to use plastic, if possible, they were able to do the entire move with blankets/no waste. A thoroughly positive experience. Glad we used your company!
