Everyone was very nice. Colin, Laurel and Ryan were all very professional and kind. If I were to comment on anything it was that it was not explained that the movers were not going to hook up my washer dryer. That's what I was hiring. Not just movers but, those that could hook up the washer/dryer. Had I known that from beginning, I would have chosen another company to assist however, other then that I am very satisfied.

The person I spoke to on the phone was very courteous and explained everything clearly. The moving team was awesome...all three of them were extremely careful with our furniture. I was really impressed by this and it meant a lot to us. They were also friendly and had a great attitude. The lead person explained that one of the core values of the company is to treat things as if they belonged to your own grandmother, and they surely did that. Thank you for making the move a positive experience!

The guys doing the moving and also in the office did a awsome job and were vary helpful. Unlike other companies they they always picked up the phone and got right back to me . Just heads up u do have to sign a waver not holding the guys responsible for any damage if I understand that
correctly. Over all great people and company and will use them for my next move

The original estimate was a little more than we wanted to spend, so we asked the movers to just move the furniture and leave the boxes for us. I expected protests after talking with the office about that, but the movers were very understanding and got the heavy stuff moved in just under 3 hours. We're definitely calling two men and a truck for our next move!
