Movers were timely, efficient and overall great to work with. The one disappointment is that a cross brace for our desk, along with the hardware to the desk got lost during the moving process. Other than that everything arrived undamaged and intact.

The three guys who came to move our piano were fantastic- They called that AM to give me an estimate of there arrival time which fell within the time the office had told me (but that extra call really helped!). They were cheerful, pleasant, efficient and really enjoyable to work with. The storage unit's door was narrower than the actual inside space which made it difficult to fit the piano inside, but they made it work without harming the piano which was wonderful.I can't say enough about how great these 3 men were. If the rating is on a 10-point scale with 10 being the best, I give them a 20!

Bethany
Shrink wrap service was key, quote was slightly lower than other companies, office staff was very responsive, movers were pretty cheerful (especially considering how cold it was) and very effective and willing to listen to our requests and directions. I'd absolutely recommend the service and our team of movers.

Teresa
My #1 reason for satisfaction is that everyone from Colin/Josh to the guys doing the heavy lifting all had a great attitude. That, to me, is as important as caring for my furniture. Great attitude. I really liked talking with Colin on the phone, I was nervous when I got shifted to Josh because he handles the actual move, but was pleasantly surprised that he was just as patient and understanding as Colin. I will absolutely use them again if I have the need, and I highly recommend them.

Our movers showed up on time despite the fact that the temperature was - 8. We also had more to move than we anticipated and they didn't blink. I can, and will, recommend them to anyone o know who is moving.
