Our move went flawless. The office staff did an excellent job explaining the process and the moving staff arrived right at the scheduled time. The movers were courteous, friendly, and took great care with our items. We were very pleased with the level of service provided.

I arranged for TMAAT to move items for my parents. Their online form was easy to complete and provided all of the options necessary to provide TMAAT with pertinent move details. Follow-up after submitting the form was immediate, friendly and thorough. On the day of the move my mom met the movers at a storage facility. The movers were professional, friendly and were smiling! They worked quickly and carefully to load the items on the truck. They proceeded to the first location to unload many boxes and proceeded south about 40 miles. Upon arriving at the final destination again, they worked quickly, but very carefully as they moved items into a new home. My parents couldn't say enough about the positive way in which they worked throughout the project. I would highly recommend them!

Team members were pleasant to work with. Overall I thought they worked efficiently.
They did refuse to take the basketball stand due to the weather and I was upset that they told me it would cost $350-400 to have them come back to move it.
They removed the door to the basement and this was not re-attached at the end of the visit. I'm not sure where the hardware is.
Ultimately I would use this company again.

We were very happy with the courteous and professional attitude of our movers. They arrived at the expected time and were friendly and did a good job moving items from our condo. When we learned that the elevator was not available to move the items to my mother in law's 5th floor apartment, they did not complain, but just said 'we'll have to use the stairs'. Thankfully, there was another elevator that got them to the 4th floor, but they carried the items up to the 5th floor on a hot/humid day. Our only disappointment was that 3 knobs from a heirloom piece got knocked off during the move. Someone came over within an hour though and found a way to fix the damage. We were pleased with the customer service and will definitely use them again if we have a need!
