Ses and Marquis were a pleasure to work with. They were very polite and personable. We had such a great experience with them that we recommended them to my parents for their upcoming move.

The team was great! The pricing I felt was not fully transparent. I was under the impression that the time started when the team arrived at the first location, NOT when the team left their office. The team also stopped for lunch and this time was included in the total cost which I felt was also not explained up front. Overall the guys did a great job, I just wish the pricing was explained up front

Both the packing and moving crews were more interested in “ ring finished” that I had to chase them down and direct them; over and over. The final straw was when I had to run downstairs as they were about to pull away because they forgot 2 (TWO) HUGE canvases still hanging in the wall (the packing team said they didn’t deal with that. Then the cleaner sent me a pick of items still hanging on the

One gentleman on the team was complaining about the job the whole time. Throwing items in black contractor bags around not listening to where we told them to put items once at the offload site resulting my disabled husband in having to help me move things around even though we got the movers to not have to do things ourselves. This is the first and last time we’ll use two men and a truck.
