My only recommendation would be to maybe have a form to fill out with the items you want moved to create an inventory list. It's kind of hard to do it over the phone. Maybe I just missed that option though.

2. The workers for moving don't have any "tools" to help them, so they work hard and tired and inefficiently. your company should invest small money to improve your working efficiency; e.g. carpet sliders moving a heavier furniture effectively, and strap on a shoulder dolly to lift heavy mattress easier
3. Baltimore office staffs left very confused messages and they didn't leave any messages to me after they changed deliver schedule (from Saturday to Monday)
