Great moving experience! However, I had called a week after the initial estimate (and several weeks before the actual move date) to update the items to be moved (both added and subtracted items). The office staff I spoke with to update it said it wouldn't change the amount of the estimate. When the movers were here, they had a list of all items to be moved and the list had not been updated to reflect my changes. The movers accommodated the changes when I explained I had updated the list, but I understand that company policy for them is to follow the item list provided in the estimate. Ultimately, the move was successful but it would be helpful for the moving staff if the office staff provided updated item lists to them.

- Movers were flirtatious and made me uncomfortable

- Movers were careless and rushed
- Movers did not blanket wrap any furniture
- Movers damaged the walls and broke a door off its hinges

It was a great experience from beginning to end. Rod and Governor for professional friendly, and we hit it off very well. I would surely recommend them to others.

After my initial communication I had a hard time reaching someone in the office phone would ring once and then cut off one day I tried 15 times to call. I finally called the main office and they got me in touch with the Catonsville office

Not all contracted items were moved, had holes in walls. Called company during move was told i would be called back on damage and issues. Was called three days later and caller indicated that he had no idea of issues he was just checking on the move. Told me that he had to check and would call me back, to date no call back. Movers and office blamed corporate for not indicating that items were heavy, etc. I was very clear on weight and what item were.

Dorian, Reggie and Hefe were awesome. They were friendly and courteous from start to finish and made us at ease on a stressful day. The care they took to pad and wrap the furniture was very reassuring and everything arrived at our destination in the excellent condition. They also worked fast and came in at the bottom end of the estimate range, which we definitely appreciated. Would highly recommend that friends and/or family use this service in the future. Thanks!

The three guys who helped us move were phenomenal. Great attitude, funny, hard workers, got the job done in under the estimated time.

The movers did a great job moving our items down from a second floor apartment and moving everything in. Only issue we had was during the packing, when several liquid items spilled in boxes; one item had to be replaced.

Needed to move only a few items of furniture from one house to another. Pricing and availability and scheduling were very straight forward. No hidden fees or surprises. The guys moved everything very efficiently and carefully. I would use Two Men and a Truck services again.

the moving crew was very polite, efficient and worked very hard. I asked to try to be as quick as possible to keep cost at a minimum and they did their best. I truly appreciated that. The guys deserve a job well done!!!
