My biggest complaint is there was not a home visit prior to the packing and move. All info was obtained by the sales department questioning me. Her estimate was 80 % of one truck when in fact we filled two trucks to capacity. On the final day your crew started at 9:15 am and finished at 11:15 PM and they had a full 2 hour drive back to your facility. That is a dangerously long day. I strongly believe you should have completed a site home inspection and could have resolved this issue prior to starting the move. Your crew was excellent, hardworking and very respectful both to my wife and I and our personal property. Britney was very professional and courteous. I do believe she should have requested a site visit to determine what equipment and supplies were needed. Tom

The representatives that came to my house were OUTSTANDING!!!! They were extremely helpful, knowledgeable and efficient. They did not waste time yet did not act rushed. They were very friendly and seemed to really like their work. They made sure that everything was done. I really appreciated their professional service.

The only area for improvement to your customers is if you had smaller trucks in the fleet and the choice of the amount of movers. This could better reduce some cost.
The move I had was small... Could have been done with a 10 foot truck and 2 movers.
The move was done by 3 movers with a 24 for truck.
Although the movers were excellent, it was still a bit more expensive than I was expecting.

Our moving team was professional and courteous. They moved all of our things quickly and efficiently. They finished the job on exactly the quoted time. They were very communicative when they were wrapping various pieces of furniture with plastic or moving blankets. I can't safety enough great things about our moving team.

Xavier and Will were just great. They were very courteous and respectful to the seniors at the community and were quick to get the job done in snowy conditions. Cheryl in the office was great with communicating with me and returned my calls. Very pleased

I was happy with your service until you moved my items to Ohio. There are several items missing but what's maid me the most angry is you hardware and screws to my bedroom sets are missing. The manager seems nice but I hope he find the missing screws to my beds and my other items that are missing.
