Tihs crew unloaded my boxes like it was junk. No organization, just threw it in the storage bin. I was very dissatified. Will not use them again

Straightforward in-town move. Setting things up through their office was easy, the moving team was punctual, polite and efficient and there were no major surprises in the billing.

Reggie and Keyjuan were excellent! Professional, courteous, patient. They did not take one second break. The office staff ALWAYS responded to my emails almost immediately - and by phone were courteous, efficient and professional.

Fantastic customer service! I felt bad for the moving crew. They were not given a hydraulic lift to move a piano. Instead, they had to man-handle this from the house to the truck and the truck to the new house. I had to supply hand tools; I would have thought these would have been on the moving truck. I was a little disappointed that I had to set up a bed. Overall, I was satisfied with the move.

They were very professional and nice. Plus they were very fast. The other company said they would load one day and unload the next day plus they were about 2 times higher. The only thing that happened is I have a very heavy massage chair. They should have used the floor protectors on the wheels because they scratched my floor pretty badly. I needed furniture moved out of my mother's bedroom into another bedroom in the house. I was pleased that Two Men and a Truck did moves within homes. The office was accommodating making my reservation. My mother's furniture was to be delivered faster than expected. I called Two Men and a Truck and they rescheduled my move. Everything worked out fantastically. The movers were nice and careful

The whole process was smooth! Sheena (who works in the office) is amazing she gave me all the information far as pricing and the company procedure/policies. She made me feel comfortable in my choice in selecting this company. The movers were swift and arrive a few minutes early and finish within two hours. They were professional and polite with the process. Would recommend and use services agian.

I do not remember the gentleman's name who helped me move unfortunately since I am doing the survey late but they were great and extremely helpful especially with breaking down the items in my room and putting items where they needed to be placed.

Good team. Overall worked quickly. We had to ask them to wrap the furniture with blankets, as they did not begin the process that way. The trainee left our dining room table leaves on our neighbor's porch, so we had to move them ourselves separately. Team was very polite, worked hard and were careful. So far no obvious issues with our belongings. Team had a positive, can-do attitude.

Two Men and a Truck is just what you want a service company to be. They arrived on-time, were efficient, polite and professional. When we told the crew the freight elevator was down they simply said, OK, where are the stairs and they went about their work - carrying furniture and boxes up the stairs. Couldn't be more pleased with their work!
