The gentlemen who moved my items were so very nice and courteous. I enjoyed my interactions with them.

The team ruined my mattress acknowledge that it must’ve happened on the truck but operations won’t reimburse an appropriate amount. 3rd time using them, this made it my last. Also, was told they could break down a crib with a signed liability waiver acknowledging we’d have to put it back together and the team seems completely unaware of this and didn’t do it. Now we have to break it down.

!st complaint would be going over the estimated time by 4 hours. This created QUITE a DIFFERENCE with the cost of the move. The crew appeared to be inexperienced. They also had great difficulty with the furniture being moved into the new location. Things got broke, items were lost, and walls damaged.
Only 1 guy out of 4 seemed to know how to manage things

Outstanding, friendly, and attentive service throughout. From the moment we applied for a quote to when the team left our apartment, it was just all top notch. I cannot say enough good things about your customer service representatives, the foreman for the job, and the guys who worked with him. THANK YOU for making this the easiest move ever.

We are waiting for a return call from the owner. The movers broke several pieces of furniture, damaged walls and floors in the house we are moving from. Don’t move everything. Fought with my neighbor.
When I told them there was still furniture in the house marquis said he was just going to take the whole truck to the warehouse and someone else could get it and unload.

Super quick and efficient, fantastic work

The office staff and moving team were very responsive and professional. The movers had to deal with heavy rain and an awkward parking experience in Baltimore. They wrapped all the furniture preventing anything from getting wet. Very effective! Although parking was difficult, the movers were patient and professional. They maintained their composure in a stressful situation. They were great!

The guys were prompt, friendly, and did a great job! A+

This is my second time using two men and truck. The first was in Minnesota and I would give them a 5/5 rating. I chose the service again in DC because I was so impressed previously. This time it was a completely different experience. The movers seemed indifferent to any time schedule. They did not communicate with one another or me. 2.5 hrs into the move there was not a single item loaded.
