I would recommend sending someone out to estimate the job and devise a plan so the customer knows what to expect on the day of the move. Although movers were great, they did not really have the proper tools to efficiently do the job. Raised some anxieties on my part during the process. But overall great company, good people

Hi Mark thanks for the good review and good constructive criticism. The guys underestimated the size of your safe and only brought a 6 wheel dolly. We were able to have two more dollies brought out to finish the job. We have asked our CSR's to be more specific on the estimate calls about size and weight of larger items. The guys that showed up today were great!!! I have moved several times and not always had the best experience. They were prompt, efficient, and very nice!

The young men who moved me were excellent! They were very respectful. They all got along very well and worked very hard. Nothing was broken and they did a great job putting my furniture and boxes where I wanted them.

The moving team was great! Very personable and efficient. The office staff however failed to make it clear that if an item is not listed on their manifest the moving team can not take it. I will now have to rent a Pod to move those items I failed to list. This also has inconvenienced the new home owner. That needs to be made clearer! Everything needs to be listed.

Thank you Michelle for the compliments regarding our movers. As far as the office staff, our representatives try to make it very clear that we only take what is on the sales order. The CSR's read a script prior to taking a deposit so the customer understands expectations on the move day. There is also a statement on the Pre-Move Letter, which was agreed to and signed by you. Sorry if all the instructions were unclear. We try our best, every day.
