I had a local move (45 minutes) and completed an estimate and inventory list online. I added all pieces of large furniture, assuming my boxes of clothes would be factored, 2 standing lights, and 3 rugs could be moved, as well.
The movers were “unable” to take all of my items, so it added significant additional time and anxiety to my move day. Movers were prompt, but this could have been avoided.

Hello Grace, thank you for the review of your move. Sorry for any confusion that there may have been. Your final charge fell within your estimated time of 5.25 to 7.25 hours with all of the items listed on your inventory sheet moved. We do call within 3 days to double check the inventory list to see if any changes are made. That's when these changes help us determine the total movers, trucks and estimated time for final tally. We hope you enjoy your new residence and good luck in the future.

William and the rest of the team were more than amazing movers. They were efficient, kind and patient. I had a whole lot of stuff!! I would definitely use the company again.

I had two very courteous movers (Dave and Tanner) who were very careful, efficient and did an excellent job! They carefully covered and wrapped all furniture and I have discovered no damage whatsoever. I would not hesitate to recommend your company or use it again. The office staff (Jan and Brian) were very helpful and kept me informed of any changes. Thanks to all!

I can't say enough positive things about our moving crew - Corbin, Anthony, Bryan and Chris. They were all extremely professional, prompt, friendly and took great care of our valuables. We had about a 5 hour move and nothing was broken or damaged. This was an amazing crew of gentlemen and we were so happy to have them on our side during our move.
