The team would not listen to us on how to get certain items of furniture up from the basement. As a result from that they ruin in a fresh paint job and put scrapes along our walls. They also did not move everything in the house causing us to have to rent a truck and move it ourselves, when there was still room in the truck. Also they only took half of what belonged in storage to the place.

Thank you Misty for your review. You stated that the truck still had room but the truck was stacked floor to ceiling from front to back. Items started to shift at the storage location when the doors were open from how full the truck had been loaded. Any damages during the load or unload process needed to be reported so our contractor could do the repairs accordingly.

Wonderful and patient moving team. I would highly recommend this service again. We were moving our father from a facility to his assisted living apartment and the manager at the facility was rude and unprofessional. Your team handled everything perfectly and were extremely professional and thorough. Thank you.

Amazing men, Rom and Ethan packed and moved items from one home to another. The professionalism, kindness, work ethic was nice and welcomed by the homeowner and myself. They went above and beyond what we had expected on how they protected, wrapped, each item of furniture being moved.
