I used 2 men & a truck to move me into my new construction home. I paid for additional coverage to protect my home and property. The movers damaged the walls on every floor of my home, broke a tv, scuffed my couches and dressers. It’s been over a month and the company has not reimbursed me, or rectified the situation. I’ve sent emails and called on numerous occasion still no clear resolution.

Everything was great! The movers were expedient and careful. All of my furniture is in the same condition as before, as far as I can tell. No damage to walls or doors. 5/5

The moving team was phenomenal. I sincerely mean that - they were exceptional.
Naturally, I was anxious about the move and potential damages etc but they wrapped and moved everything with such care it put our minds at ease. Unloading and getting things into the desired locations was smooth, precise and fast. They were an exceptional team, whose chemistry easily shone. Thank you so much.

ON MOVING DAY, CHRISTOPHER NOTIFIED US THAT THE CREW HAD A CREW MEMBER CALL IN SICK AND THERE WOULD ONLY BE TWO MEN. THE TWO MOVERS DID A GREAT JOB. THEY WERE CAREFUL, COURTEOUS, PROFESSIONAL, AND DISPLAYED GREAT WORK ETHIC. WE EVEN REQUESTED THAT THEY WERE ASSIGNED TO OUR ORDER FOR THE SECOND LEG OF THE MOVE INTO OUR NEW HOME. VERY SATISFIED WITH THE FIRST HALF OF THE EXPERIENCE. GREAT JOB!

The team arrived on time and carefully wrapped and moved two dressers from a third-floor walk-up. They also carefully handled and moved a desk and exercise bike from another location to my move-in location. They were courteous and professional. Cora from the office staff was courteous, professional, and responsive. Thank you!
