Overall I could not be happier with my experience, the price was right (over $500 less than 2 other comparable quotes), the scheduling was easy, the online form for the estimate was intuitive and simplified the process and the moving team was punctual, professional and went the extra mile to ensure all our needs were met and that all items were handled with care.Everything was explained in detail about how the items were packed and all items made it to the destination safe and on time, could not have wished for a better experience.

We wish to be contacted by someone from the corporate office. We have a very long story we tried to enter here however we were limited to 800 characters and our experience is probably of 10,000. Totally dissatisfied, tired of excuses, a member of your own team quite during our move because he was dissatisfied with the treatment regarding the financial aspects of our move and the inefficiency of your company to provide a proper number of employees to pack our household, trucks that were half full, and total chaos of our entire experience with Two men and a truck.

The guys are very nice and tried to help in any way. They made a stressful situation much easier.

The guys that helped me move were courteous and professional. Despite a long day of moving heavy furniture, they remain upbeat and energetic.

The crew did a great job with this local move (less than one mile from house to house). They listened carefully as we did the walk through of what needed to be moved (this was a situation where only some of the items in the house were being moved). They worked efficiently and communicated well with each other. At the arrival site, they were careful to cover the hardwood floors and did a thorough job of placing everything where I asked them to. A representative from the Hopkinton office even stopped in while the move was occurring to make sure everything was going smoothly. A separate vendor where I purchased a bed happened to deliver at the same time, and your crew was very accommodating with the crew who was delivering the bed. A very smooth process from start to finish.

The workers are wonderful. They are hardworking, friendly, and courteous. They are very respectful of all belongings and I enjoyed being with them. Craig is such a delightful person. I will definitely use them again and highly recommend them!

The move took more than twice as long as expected and cost more than twice as much. The lead person complained about being tired and hungry from the minute he arrived. We didn't think he was going to make it through the day. He an one other worker did not appear to be physically ready to move furniture. Thankfully there was a third person named Joel who took charge and kept things moving. If Joel was not there, I have no idea how long this move would have taken.

I was very pleased with your movers, they were very good all assets to your company very friendly.
