I had a flawless experience with Two Men and a Truck. The guys were professional, courteous and quick with the move. The office was extremely helpful in getting me ready for my first mover experience (I had a lot of questions!). Highly recommend this company, worth every penny!

The two guys who moved our vanity to second floor were personable and professional. They quickly assessed the situation and promptly did what they needed to do!

A move that should have taken 4-5 hours took 8 hours. In my opinion the movers (corporate policy) realized the move would not be an all day or longer move so they extended the time it took to complete the work. Excessive wrapping with plastic wrap and breakdown of the tables which was unnecessary based on the amount of furniture and the size of the truck. Nuts, bolts and other furniture related hardware we put in plastic wrap which resulted in the lose of shelving pegs for our credenza. I called the local mover and no one even bothered to return my call let alone return the shelving pegs. We had no issues with the two men that completed the job because they were following instructions from the local Franchisee.

Unhappy that we were charged the top end of our estimate even though they moved a lot less stuff than what was expected. One guy was moving heavy objects alone and if they had both moved the pieces together there would have been less chance for damage. One piece was completely ruined and they blamed it on the piece.Since I saw the way they were moving things, I'm not surprised that the item got damaged. It was completely unusable. When they were leaving the first location to go to new office I informed them that there was someone else at the other location waiting and that I would also be going over. I left our office about 20 minutes after they did and they hadn't started unpacking the truck.They were just sitting in the truck.The job could have been finished quicker. They were nice guys

I was happy with the move and the movers and very helpful. Except one mishap when they scratched and tinged my 2019 suv. Didnt put a claim in didnt want to get the movers in trouble.

young man No experience They took plastic off a glass china that were securing glass doors They wrapped and Got it on truck without strap to lift it Then one came down and ask for an insurance signature At that time probably the glass was broken. and was the only piece they wrapped They walk from a garage to a 4 step up : China 2 pieces Mattress queen 1 small shelving 15x17x72" 1 speaker. [2 loves couches one full Sz mattress 2 bed spr.boxes child desk small table 1 chair 4 pieces belongs to a queen wood frame bed all of these things was left at sidewalk on my request )] They were polite Care for things that's why they wrapped china Carry things carefully but no experience supervisor did not help them nor reduce charges to customer knowing it was their fault

The initial move out was done smoothly and with EXCELLENT care. Tyler & James had respect for everything we owned. They made us feel comfortable and trusting from the start. The move into my new home was not so excellent. I was told that you usually don't get the same men when holding goods overnight in truck. To my surprise and relief, Tyler was part of the team! The other man, Shane, was not impressive. He did not read the labels on the boxes which left us with a lot of extra work. Boxes marked Fragile/DO NOT STACK were crushed by heavy crates. Shane did not ask where to put things, didn't read labels and almost caused some very expensive and irreplaceable damage. Unexpected damage from leak in truck, damaged items that can be replaced. Out - EXCELLENT In - good Tyler/James ROCK
