Slow on packing..Too late to get to storage. Left the stuff for storage outside, rain ruined chairs, n other wooden things. Broke picture frame, 2 dishes, crystal wine glass. Did not hook up washer-dryer. Didn't unwrap dresser, weakened vanity legs. Missing my $100.00 steak knives set. Still have n't unpacked boxes with vases and glass wear no telling what else they have broke......

The office staff and the movers were great. Our only problem was that they kept our ladder on their truck and they did not deliver it with our other items, so now we are waiting for them to return the ladder the following week.
Also regarding another reason that we selected Two Men and a Truck, they are licensed and insured and they promptly provided a copy of their certificate of insurance.

Appointment was easy to schedule.
The crew arrived on time and completed sooner than expected.
Very satisfied with all aspects of the move.
