I was very satisfied with the entire experience! I really liked the online initial quote system. The ability to create room and build an inventory was modern and efficient. My movers Stephen G and Kendell were very nice and were quick workers. They were professional and had a good attitude from the moment they got out of the truck! There was a lot of paperwork (which I understand the need for) but I wish the forms were sent in advance or available online in generic form for review. I would recommend Two Men and a Truck to friends and family.

My experience was good. My move only took about 3 hours which was nice.

We used Two Men and a Truck to pack up our apartment and then move us into our new house. They worked quickly and efficiently getting the job done in about half the original quoted time. Everything was handled with care. Nothing was broken or chipped and no scratches on any furniture. We will definitely use Two Men and a Truck again!

The first experience with this company was excellent. My second experience, because of the first, I tried them with another move. I had three men, one was experience and two were still in training. I had a three bedroom apartment to move, which was on the third floor, the same floors as the first move that went smoothly. This time, the proper tools were not on hand. The trainers were slow and had to be told what and how to do things.
When I complained to the office, they call their movers and was told because of the stairs it slowed them down. Mine you it did not, with the first move and experience movers. Because of this, it took a lot longer and my cost was extremely high. As to whether or not I will use this mover again, ??

While initially Chiquita was very helpful explaining services over the phone, the fact that someone cancelled my move is unacceptable. Despite my text, she didn't confirm any cancellation w/ me. Fortunately, someone was able to arrange something at the last minute, so the day was saved, but seriously delayed. Fortunately Marcus and Jaquwe (not sure about the spelling of his name) were available, and despite being surprised at the last minute, were pleasant and competent. Not sure what mistake was made in the cancellation, but there is clearly a communication problem in your office.

The team was very courteous and was a very good representation of the company.

Junuis and Kendrick did an excellent job. So much better then the 1st crew.

based on our previous experience, i had no reason to believe that there would be any problems. 3 men were assigned to our move. 1 was the leader (carlos) the other two turned out to be temp workers. i literally had to watch the 2 temp workers the entire time because they had zero knowledge as to the proper methods of wrapping/preparing items for the move, and carlos could not watch them the whole time. the 2 temps also were very careless in handling items, moving through doorways, etc. multiple times i had to warn them to be careful while maneuvering through doorways and to not hit the ceiling, light fixtures, etc. they knocked into walls, doors etc at our old home and in our new home. i took pics of the damage that was discovered after they left. very dissatisfied
