The movers would move one thing then take a break. They took more breaks than they worked. They also didn’t use moving straps to move a washer and dryer nor did they wear any type of back brace to protect themselves. Does this franchise not provide those things for the safety of their employees?

I filled out an online moving quote and asked for packing and moving services. A quote was given to me. When the movers arrived they were not aware that they needed to pack. This matter was resolved and together with one of the movers my father and i packed my apartment. We were able to complete packing and moving in one day. When they arrived at my new home the driver drove the loaded truck over my water meter after i told him not to. Now there is a huge whole in my water pipe and the water to my home had to be shut off. I notified the office before the movers left of this damage. I also emailed the manager Jo pictures two days ago. I have yet to hear back from anyone and am still unable to live in my home since i have no water. I am extremely irritated at the lack of response.

Wonderful experience as a first time mover transferring from one apartment to another closer to my job. Brandon and Pernell (my movers) were very kind, courteous, timely in arriving to start the move and getting to new apartment. I couldn't be more pleased with everything. Tasha was great before and after the move - checking to make sure everything was going well on moving day. I will recommend to all my family and friends.

I hired them to move heavy beds and office equipment. We were very pleased with the crew.

The office staff was very efficient and cordial which is important to begin a process. The movers were knowledgeable, well trained and even funny. I enjoyed them. The estimate was right on also.

The office figured the wrong amount of manpower and truck size for our move. This meant our move went over to a second day and I had to stay in NOLA with no change of clothes, toiletries, etc. We were charged for 3 fit movers per hour even though Derrick was injured and was very slow, also Byron hurt his back and had to take it easy. Even with the 2nd day, they did no load everything on the truck. Didn’t conduct a walkthrough with me and refused to come back with the truck to get all household goods. Derrick banged doors and walls at both houses. My metal patio pub table was broken in transit and many boxes were placed in the garage even though it was marketed kitchen or other rooms. Our leather couch cushions weren’t wrapped and have sticky substance on them. Overall horrible experience.

We were worried about their being paid hourly but they were punctual and wasted no time!

Your moving team help make my moving process easy and quick. They were very courteous and polite. Will definetly use them again.

All ok except my glass desktop cover was accidently broken. They are in the process of replacing it.
