My movers were extremely personable and friendly. They came at 1030am when my appointment was at 1-3pm, not that great for me but they called first. Overall, the care of my items was less than satisfactory as they thumped my dressers down the stairs on a hand truck instead of carrying them which caused some damage. Luckily my items are not high-end and their friendliness was enough to overlook the minimal issues. I loved the ease of booking and the availability on short notice, but $600 was more expensive than I think it needed to be, so it would be hard for me to reccomend.

They were two of the most nicest, most polite people to encounter. Good attitudes and very respectful. Punctual. Made otherwise stressful situation pleasant and calm.

I heard such great things about two men and a moving truck so i decided to use the company . service was great the guys were professional i just wish they could have moved a tab bit faster being that i was being charge by the hour.

The lead mover smelled of alcohol on arrival and spent the majority of the move sitting or explaining to me what or why he could not move something. I had to utilize my own resources to disassemble or move some items. I often found him absent while the other two men continued the move.

All in all, not bad. Move took a lot longer than expected, probably could have used one additional person. It would probably help if you didn't do the estimate totally on line. An on site look at the job would probably help in determining how to do the job. Men were obviously very tired at the end. Ended up breaking a glass door.

Apt was originally scheduled for 10AM ,then rescheduled for 2PM. Since the movers came later me and my family moved all boxes in the AM and left only the furniture. The move was quoted as 2-4 hours plus one hour travel, which also included the boxes etc. Moving only the furniture still took 3.5 hours plus one hour travel. Since there were 3 guys this should have been done faster. My furniture was dropped at times and damaged. Wood dining table ,coffee tables and bedroom set were moved unwrapped and damaged in the process. a very large curio was wrapped but dropped and damaged. I realize things get damaged but I was disappointed to discover this later when I am sure it was know when it happened. the movers were very nice, but, aside from the supervisor they were not properly trained.
