i hired this company for the 3rd time and will never hire again. I had same stuff that i moved in with and it took 4 hours the first time and this time we estimated 5 hours because my new address is about 25 minutes away. we got a quote for 5 hours and thats what we agreed on but this time movers were very slow and took them 8 hours instead of 5. i ended up paying 3 extra hours for nothing

The entire process was extremely simple. Office staff over the phone were very helpful. The movers were very careful with all of our belongings, quick, and very respectful.

Two laundry baskets were not delivered and they did not attach the mirror to one dresser it looks like the screws were lost
