very pleased with everything but I thought the $110 travel charge for 3.5 miles from Collins drive to park place drive in covington was overpriced. Oxi Fresh carpet charged me $55 travel charge to come from Metairie to park place drive. Also, note to movers, do not stack any boxes on top of wardrobe boxes as they cave in. Thankyou. Will recommend when in a bind but travel charge is too much for local travel. If over 50 miles, understandable. All staff were great!

Arranged my move with Kim while discussing items I needed moved I mentioned having to move a tanning bed. Kim told me she would confirm whether they would move the tanning bed and get back with me. She never did do that so I assumed it would be moved. When the movers called her to confirm she said they would not move the tanning bed. I had to arrange someone else to move that one item. Kim also informed me that she or someone would call and confirm my move time 48 hours in advance that also never happened.
