The movers were courteous and on time. They had the hard task of moving a 300 pound treadmill up a very tiny set of stairs. But they managed without causing any damage and they did a great job. Would recommend them to friends and family.

My moving crew was exceptional. They definitely went above and beyond with the move, and were very responsive to my requests for special handling and took extreme care in handling our items and loading and unloading them without any damage. I was extremely pleased with the service, and would not hesitate to recommend M. Charlton, Shuler and RJ to any one for their crew to move. I hope each of them receive special recognition for an outstanding job.

I had two movers, one was new, and the experienced mover was poor at keeping the trainee's time occupied. The trainee kept dropping my things and wasn't prepared for the cold temps. He even stated, andquot;I need to slow down. I don't want to sweat. It's cold outside.andquot;
I was completely unsatisfied with this comment, especially since I was paying by the hour! I understand cold weather is hard to work in but management should have prepped him beforehand.
Then the movers had their times wrong and we're trying to make me pay for an additional 15 minutes. After a couple of times explaining his error, he realized his mistake and apologized. I still find this unacceptable since the experienced mover should be more aware of how to handle the financial aspect of his job. Would not recommend.

THOUGHT THE GUYS DID A GOOD JOB IN A ALLOTTED AMOUNT OF TIME BUT FOR WHAT I WANTED DONE I DO THINK THE COMPANY CHARGED MORE THAN I THOUGHT THEY WOULD.
