The movers were courteous and efficient. The office staff had all my previous info on file, which was very helpful.

So the company did a great job moving on a timely fashion. The moving team was super kind. The office staff was descriptive of the services and fees involved.

There was a small bump on the interior of the home that occurred during moving, but things happen. Over all we had a great experience.

Rico, Evan, and John were fantastic! Very careful with our property, professional, patient, and helpful. I would recommend this crew to anyone!

The moving team was FABULOUS. The issue I had related to the truck itself. They did not have andamp;acirc;€œboxesandamp;acirc;€ listed on the order and came with a truck that was far too small. I now have tonrent a uhaul and take an additional day off to finish the move on my own.

The only complaint I have is that they seemed unprepared.

No tools to dismantle bed frame

The experience was great from the start. I had never used movers before and Jenna did an excellent job walking me through the process. She was very professional and accommodating. The three gentlemen(who's names have escaped me) that did the move this past Saturday were excellent. They were polite, accommodating, efficient, and overall very personable and professional. I was overall very impressed with the whole experience and have already referred another person I work with to utilize this service. Please be sure to give everyone a nice pat on the back as it is well deserved.

Pierre, Zack, andamp; Devon were exceptional. Respectful, hard working, positive, andamp; professional throughout even when challenged. Their ability to work as a team andamp; independently was very impressive. They were adept andamp; patient w/ my requests. They did everything the right way (more pieces appropriately wrapped than previously). There was no loafing, cursing, or complaining in the long day. Even in picking up a couch with an end unexpectedly covered in cat hair (my bad, guys!) they kept composed - no flinching (or sneezing). It was a hard day for me but they made it easier. I couldnandacirc;??t have picked a better crew.
Suggestion-scheduler called day of move to move up time but didnandacirc;??t leave a voicemail when I missed call andamp; sent an email which I didnandacirc;??t immediately see vm wldandacirc;??ve been quicker to reach me.

Everyone was easy to deal with, on time and careful.
