Vince and his two helpers were fantastic. Everything was done very professional and nothing was broken or scratched. My elderly mother was so happy to have her furnishings handled with care.

Bad at names, but I believe Wes and Spencer, I was very satisfied with the way they contacted me when headed for pickup the morning of, review of the contract and clauses, the care and speed at which they loaded the truck. Upon arrival, the unloading speed and when an issue arose over a box spring fitting up a stairwell, review of options and coming up with solution. Very pleasant and courteous!

Great team. Very punctual, careful with the important stuff, even was able to move some press wood bookshelving I thought was going to easily break.

The moving team was professional, competent and friendly. They were knowledgeable of some of the special needs for some of my items and took the required care. It was a long move and the team retained a positive attitude in spite of the very long day.

I was very happy with you guys the first time we used you. This time, not so much. The way you guys do things has changed. Turning furniture upside down while things were still in drawers is a bad idea. I asked Cheryl specifically if I needed to empty all the drawers and was told no, not as long as it’s just clothes or light weight items. One of my music boxes was destroyed and it had been wrappe

Sorry for the delay in responding to this survey, it got lost in my emails. My moving team was AMAZING! I selected word of mouth as my method of hearing about your company, but its really a past experience that had me call your company first, as well as recommend you to several people since my move last month. My moving team was GREAT, polite, strong and fast. I will be a return customer again!
