We've used Two Men and a Truck several times and have always been happy with the service - from booking the move through the office to final placement of items moved. They arrive as scheduled and are very accommodating. Everyone we've worked with has been great!

Our team was great. We only had 2 issues- one was that a bed was not put back together properly so it collapsed when our daughter got in it and and dresser was damaged to the point it was essentially useless. Also a wheel from an antique farm desk was lost so the team did not reassemble that desk- I will say they were very polite and pleasant.

The estimate process was a challenge. Although I explained several times that the estimate I provided via the online form was not a full representation of the actual work needed, Cheryl just kept asking me if I wanted to get on the schedule. I specifically said “I don’t want your guys to show up and be surprised”. They showed up and were surprised. After calling supervisors work finally start

My movers were extremely nice. They explained what would happen and took good care of our belongings. Even with a TV getting damaged Coleman was apologetic and very helpful with instructions to have it addressed. I will be using you guys again.
