The moving team was amazing! There was a trainee that helped, as well, and I honestly couldn’t point out which one it was. The team worked hard and didn’t slack. They even shoveled the driveway! My only improvement would be to have floor covering for when they arrive. It was a snowy day and the salt and snow was tracked in. They did try to mitigate it, so thank you for that!

Our movers (Joe and AJ) were phenomenal! However, the communication, or lack thereof, between the office staff and movers was really frustrating. Totally NOT Joe or AJ’s fault. I blame Jackie in sales. Mary and I had a quote together and plan in place, until Jackie took it over. It seemed like the organization of our move fell apart from that point. But Joe and AJ were incredible!

My experience with your company from start to finish was OUTSTANDING! Your employees were very courteous, professional, and helpful even when changes were needed. Your movers called before they departed, arrived on time, were pleasant and eager to get started, followed instructions, were quick, efficient, and careful. I was VERY impressed ! I will use again. Our team was exceptional! From Mary in the office to all the guys who helped us I know and move! Everyone was kind and helpful and efficient. They were also careful and excellent at what they did. They were also just nice fun people! Only suggestion would be to mark kitchen boxes more specific, like plates and silverware, just so they can be found quickly. Overall, excellent service!

The movers, Josh and Chris were very professional and they did an amazing job. I have a lot of expensive furniture and items and they made sure that the Pods that they were loading with my items were place carefully so when they were to be picked up my stuff would not fall to prevent damage. I prefer they come back hopefully next week to unload my items back into our renovated apt. Thanks alot!
