When I called to schedule I was NOT told it's a 2 hour minimum or that the time started when they call to say they are on their way.

It is discussed when we initially schedule, when we confirm the move, and it is written in the pre-move confirmation letter we email out. Movers did great, were very careful with all of our stuff, never hesiated when we told them how we wanted certain things moved. Kudos to them for moving 500+ lps that were in a tub. Movers were very pleasant and courteous. Definetly keepers for your company.
