Used TWO MEN twice in our move. Both times the 2 movers that were sent to do the move were above average. We could not have asked for better guys to do our moves. They were GREAT. Thanks TWO MEN AND A TRUCK. Will always use you for our moves.

Chad and Anton did an awesome job, and had great senses of humor while still being professional! We are so glad we went with Two Men and A Truck!

I have used this company a few times before, and was very pleased. I was disappointed to learn that the company has gotten so expensive, and pads the bill with 'travel time', to and from their office, which automatically adds 1/2 hour to the 2 hr minimum charge. I ended up paying almost $400.00 for a move that I had originally budgeted for $260.00. Not happy.

Good Morning,

I wanted to share with you why I was unhappy with my move. First, the movers were fast, efficient, friendly and all of my belongings made it safely to my new address. Your office staff was friendly and called to confirm things a day or two before my move. HOWEVER...I was not able to be present for the move, and I had my boyfriend supervise the loading, and my mom supervise the unloading at the new address. One of your crew pulled my boyfriend into my daughter's room and showed him some insects crawling in the corner of the room, about 6-10 inches above the floor. Your employee informed him that the bugs were BED BUGS. Mike (my boyfriend) asked if he was absolutely sure, and he assured him he was (he sees this kind of thing a lot, apparently) He then proceeded to say that he did not find any signs of anything on my daughter's mattress, but reiterated again that he was sure they were bed bugs. I was not able to return to my old apartment until Saturday afternoon. However, over the course of the next few days I spent $150 on mattress encasements and spray, I had to embarrassingly inform my sister in law in Texas of our predicament and then proceed to wash and dry EVERYTHING we brought down to wear and left our suitcases in her garage just to be safe (pretty humiliating). I spent hours researching bed bugs and how to best eradicate them as well as reading reviews for local exterminators so that I could get someone in as soon as I got back to town to treat my apartment and get rid of these things. On Saturday afternoon, I inspected the bugs (they were dead) and I collected them in a paper towel. They were clearly NOT bed bugs. They don't even RESEMBLE a bed bug! I'm stopping by an exterminator's office this morning to get a confirmation as to WHAT they actually are, but I'm positive that whatever they are, they are completely harmless. My point is....your crew member obviously had NO idea what he was talking about. He caused me several days of worry and anxiety, a lot of embarrassment, and several hours of wasted time on the internet when I should have been enjoying my family and the holiday PLUS I wasted $150 on a bunch of stuff I don't need. I'm not upset he pointed out the bugs. I'm upset that he touted himself somewhat of an expert vs. simply saying they saw some bugs and recommend we verify that they aren't anything to worry about. Your crew are movers. They are not exterminators or entymologists. Bedbugs are a homeowner/renters WORST nightmare and for that reason, I wouldn't recommend your company to my friends or family. I won't leave you a negative public review, but I did want you to know that I am NOT a happy customer and I hope you conduct some training with your moving crews so that this doesn't happen to anyone else. The guys were very helpful, even when I was loading my own truck they jumped right in to help me. They were quick but careful . I will be calling you again in a couple weeks.

The movers from Two Men and a Truck were on time and moved my things very carefully and efficiently...even a piano. They wrapped and protected everything beyond my satisfaction and noted anything damaged on my furniture before moving it. My piano move to a downstairs location caused a smidge of discoloration to a stair or two and they were quick to show me. It dusted right off and I was so appreciative of them disclosing it to me. This is my second time using this company and I would use them again and recommend not only the movers but the office staff too!! Thank you!

They did great we were very pleased. The wait time when calling the office a few times was longer than I would have liked and we had to call each other back several times due to being busy or not being able to answer,etc so maybe need more help in the office I’m not sure. But overall everyone was pleasant and helpful.

I have used this company several times for personal and business moves. No matter who they send or who I talk with they always go above and beyond to assist. The move things very carefully and efficiently and are very polite. I will only use them on future moves.
