They came to the house and got right to work, I preferred when they covered the furniture before they moved it out of the house, but nothing was damaged in the process. They were on time and courteous and stayed on task the whole time. I could not really give any constructive advise as they really did a great job. I would use them again in the future.

Everything was ok. However no one has responded to my many requests regarding some damage. I've become a little irritated.

The crew went above and beyond the call of duty. They were faced with a challenge of getting a large dresser up to the second floor. Their ingenuity and raw strength coming up with a solution was legendary!! Thank you for a job well done.

Your movers showed up over an hour-and-a-half late to move my 94-year-old father-in-law to a Waterford retirement apartment, but that's not the worst of it. The movers failed to properly assemble my Dad's bed after the move, i.e., they only hand-tightened the screws holding the bed frame to the headboard. As a result, the bed broke after Dad was sleeping on it just after two nights in the apartment. And he hurt his finger trying to fix it. When he called your office for assistance, you failed to send someone out to fix the problem. So my brother-in-law had to do that with his tools. Poor experience for us!! I plan to contact Kelli Collins at Waterford and tell her about this. We would never use your moving company for anything!

The move would have been better if they would have wrapped pads around all the furniture not just some.

<div>Lori, we would like to deeply apologize for the fact that some of your items were not protected. We would like to assure you that this is very atypical of our company, and something we will be addressing with our movers. Thank you for your feedback.</div>
