I needed to move items from a storage space to my basement. I was able to arrange service for the next day. The team arrived promptly and did the work quickly. As a bonus, even though I told them to put everything in the basement, they double checked about certain items, which it turns out did not go in the basement. Great job all around!

I would have purchased the additional protection for damages if I had to do it over because we did have some but nothing major. The guys worked very hard!

The woman who works in the office was polite. However, when leaving her phone message, she spoke so fast that neither of us could figure out what she said her name was, nor the company name. Though, the name was on the id so we figured it out. She could slow down her speech and enunciate a little more so that customers could understand her. Though, I know lots of message machines do not give much time and maybe that was why she spoke too fast?

Thank you to our two guys who helped us... they were more than willing to work with us when we had an unplanned stop at a storage unit and worked later into evening than expected. They did it all with a great attitude and kind smile. It’s difficult to move your elderly mother into a smaller place, especially when you live across the country and only have 2 days to do so, but two men and a truck made it much easier. Thanks again.

The 3 guys you sent were awesome!!! Very polite and did everything I asked them to do, including changing my mind on where furniture went, they changed where I wanted furniture with no hesitation whatsoever. I would highly recommend your company based on how nice and thorough they were.

The two gentlemen that handled my move (Adam and Al) were extremely professional, they handled the materials they moved with care and were efficient in the process. I would highly recommend both of them to anyone looking to use a moving company. Very respectful and kind guys!
