Experience was great! Ben was super helpful in estimating, then in the office when I had to adjust our inventory list, they were really nice and helpful too. Tyler and his crew member were really fantastic- worked quickly, carefully and efficiently- I couldn't have asked for anyone to be more professional. They eased my stress of moving with how competent and communicative they were. Hopefully we can have Tyler again when we move again in a year!

Excellent, hard working, respectful and friendly. Would definitely use them again.

There was one glitch.
From the beginning, every time I talked with someone I explained my move-in date was November 7. On the previous Friday, around 4:15 pm, I got a voicemail message (I was then in WV with poor phone service) saying this was a 4-day project and andquot;Two Menandquot; would be delivery my furniture et al on November 8 -- NOT the 7th. That morning I had signed documents at my new senior living place giving my word that the Move would be November 7, as scheduled. I called your office ASAP but had to leave a message (which wasn't my most polite, sorry). I called again and got a real person and explained the situation. She said she would talk to a supervisor and call back. She did. They figured it out. Nov 7 I was moved

Team was excellent from start to finish. Office staff was through and friendly and movers were professional and extremely careful with our items. Im very picky with services and your company exceeded my expectations. Highly recommended.

We had a great experience with our move from the initial call to moving day. The movers wrapped and carefully moved all of our belongings, all while be courteous and efficient! Would highly recommend Two Men and a Truck!

From the beginning with the estimation to the moving and delivery of our belongings...we couldnt have asked for a better experience with our move! The moving team worked so hard and never complained and were so respectful. We fondly refer to our move as Six Men and Three Trucks! We swear we will NEVER move again, but will use your company and highly recommend them to family and friends!

Overall, the experience was great. There was some miscommunication as far as cost for travel fee and what the hourly rate would be since we ended up not getting 3 guys. However, when the office followed up with me to see how things went, she took care of the travel fee issue. The moving team we had was great. They were fun, upbeat, and fast. They were respectful of our property and put things where we asked them to. I could tell they were getting tired towards the end, but it was a big move with multiple stories. Their attitudes were great!

Our team was excellent..prompt, professional, and helpful. The entire process from calling in to get an estimate to the moving process was easy. We only wish we would have had the team move more than our big items! Although we saved money by moving the little stuff, we were exhausted. The team made moving look so easy. We will recommend Two Men and a Truck to others and would definitely use them again....only hope we never have to move again!

Everyone was very nice. The movers were friendly and professional. The only issue I had was that the original quote was for 3 men but was changed to 2. That was fine, we didn't have that much to move. But the final bill was still for 3 men. Luckily one of the movers noticed it and called into the office to get the correct total.

This was a good experience and went as expected. The men were pleasant and most helpful. Price was in line with the estimate Will use you again.
