The moving staff claims that they did not know that I was moving into a 3rd story apartment even though I clearly explained this to the office staff. In turn one of the movers was VERY rude about it and loud about being upset that he had to actually do his job. Additionally several of my items became damaged when the one mover threw them off the truck onto the ground. The other 2 movers were fine and lovely to have helping with my move but the one mover was so rude and unprofessional that it sullied the entire experience. For the price that I paid this was unacceptable and I will not use this service again.

The moving crew did a great job and made our move much easier that I thought possible. They they explained the process, they were polite and courteous, and they were very careful and took great care of our furniture. I was very impressed. We will use your company again and refer you as well. Thank you.

Great moving experience. Especially impressed with the attitude of the two guys who helped us move! No complaints about the stairs--they were efficient and friendly. We actually finished faster and ended up paying less than expected! Very happy!

Overall I was extremely satisfied with the service provided. I appreciated their effort to complete the job on or before the estimate time. They worked hard to complete ahead of time, but didn't sacrifice excellence and care with my property.

The movers were courteous & efficient. Better than any movers I've ever had. The office team was another matter. I left messages twice after being on hold. I was assured I would be called back. Over a day later I was not. When I called again no explanation or apology was offered. When I called to get an update on the EAT on the day, the guy could not find my order for 8 mins. Totally unacceptable! Very stressful! When I mentioned that to the woman who called for an assessment of the service a day or so after the move, she laughed & said "Oh, he probably had the wrong address. That happens." It shouldn't & that kind of casual acceptance of very bad service doesn't give much trust or confidence in your organization. The movers could not have been better, the office staff hardly worse.

Spent 45 minutes on phone speaking with A J about move and items. He seemed confused more than once and kept asking me to hold on. He was supposed to call back at noon the day of phone call but did not call back until 2 oclock. I told him i had given up on him calling me back. I made it clear to him that we would have boxes but would transport our clothes and a few boxes in our vehicle. He asked me more than once about specific items and it was made clear to him what we had. When moving team arrived they had only heavy items on list. Please, expected 4 to 5 hour job for only large items??. You know better than that and so do we. Thank God we had Christian and Mitch who worked to accomodate your office errors. We would not reccomend or usr your service ever again. We only credit the2 movers

I clearly communicated that I was hiring the moving service for my parents and wanted to pay for the service and NOT HAVE THEM PAY. The sales person I spoke to was great and assured me I could and that he would note it on the order so the field team wouldn't ask for a card at the move. He charged my card for the deposit and told me he couldn't charge for the full amount in case it went under or over the scheduled time allotment. He assured me that someone would call me for the credit card at the end of the move. They never called, but instead charged my parents. I called to have it reversed and was told that they wouldn't do it b/c accounting wouldn't approve it. I asked to speak to a mgr, was told one would call me the next day. Never called. I've called two more times to no avail.
