Everyone was very professional from office to movers. Movers used time very wisely and let me know what they couldn't move when that applied. Had a little damage but notified me when they saw anything. Am waiting to hear from someone about this.
They did a good job and were very efficient.

The movers were very efficient. They arrived on time, their were polite and friendly.

Our move date changed and we had a difficult time finding movers that have availability at all. Two Men and a Truck were able to squeeze in and were even able to have a Two Additional Men at our move to make it go even faster. The movers were careful, efficient, friendly, and worked incredibly hard. Best money ever spent :) Thanks!

The movers made our move very stress free. They were very nice and prompt.

Two movers were excellent. The driver was fantastic and his helper was also wonderful. You have to give the driver and his partner a pat on the back because they were fantastic. Working overtime they worked hard and On the move. If I move again I would definitely ask for them. Thank you

Contacting the local office was next to impossible. I had to leave numerous messages which were not returned. When I called the national call center and set up the move, only then did the local office call. The personal I talked to was rushed and abrupt. On day of move, I needed to get in touch with local dispatch but the phone kept ringing until the line gave busy signal. My understanding of the company's mission is for employees to treat customers like they want their grandparents treated. If that is true, then there are many grandparents out there not being treated very well.

The entire crew, both days, were courteous and professional. They worked quickly, but carefully. We had no broken items nor nicked doors, etc. Very pleased.
