Movers showed up on time and worked hard. Unfortunately, they damaged walls to both my properties and it's going to mess up the closing on the house I'm selling. I followed the exact procedure given to me by the foreman and so far the office hasn't even responded to me.

Hired Two Men and a Truck to move furniture I purchased from a Department store. When I received the email about my move I noticed the address was incorrect. I called and when I selected option 3 I was placed on hold and no one every picked up. This happened 3 times. When I called back and hit option 2. I spoke with someone who said she couldn't change it because the move was already scheduled. I ask if she could contact the drivers. She said dispatch would do that but they were at lunch. She said I could do that when they called me. When the drivers called me they had not been contacted by the office at all. I let the drivers know the 2nd address was not correct. The drivers walked slow and seemed disinterested. They also got lost and claimed I was giving them the wrong address.

I have used Two Men and a Truck twice. Would not have used them the 2nd time if the 1st didn't work out well. The team of guys that help do the move are very thorough and courteous. I think overall they do an excellent job. I especially like how well everything was covered and taped that could have been scratched or damaged. I did get nervous when they were carrying heavy tubs down 3 flights of steps. I think they should take their time to ensure their safety and the belongings. Keep up the good work!!
