Office Staff 100% cooperative. Moving Team prompt and courteous. Would Use again.

The office staff was punctual in responding to my inquiry. She made almost immediate contact with me. She set expectations, met those and followed up when needed. She sent me the required documents to complete and confirmed moving dates and quote.

The moving team was punctual and called the morning of the room as a reminder. We did a pre-walk through, they took care in moving, loading, unloading and placing things in the correct areas in our new place.

We REALLY enjoyed the work and working with our 2 movers. They did a nice job in all the walk throughs and the pre paperwork and post paperwork. Clear communicators, good work habits and exceeded our expectations.

I had originally planned to rent a truck and have friends help me move, but due to timing changes it fell during the work week. Two Men And A Truck provided a quick yet thorough quote based on questions and the two guys that showed up with courtesy, professional, and hard working. The relieved so much of the stress of moving. I am glad I chose to hire Two Men And A Truck. While I don’t see a move happening for a very long time, I would certain use them again and highly recommend their services to friends and family.

Excellent moving team, terrible office team since the first lady I called and spoke with was super confused, put me on hold for very extended periods, totally screwed up our quote and had us moving out of state when we were just supposed to be moving to a neighboring city! That was not a very good experience with this company, but the movers more than made up for it and were awesome! They were fast, respectful of our time and money, took care of our property, and were friendly and eased the stress of moving day. So overall I would rate my experience as excellent but only because of our two awesome moving men. The office ladies were terrible at their job.
