We received a quote for a 5 1/2 hour move, it took 9 hours to complete. We had 2 trucks and 4 movers, 2 of the 4 movers worked hard while the other 2 did not. If all 4 worked hard it should not have exceeded the estimated time.

The moving team was on time, friendly and careful with our property. Unfortunately the charity where are items was not so we incurred additional charges which we definitely did not appreciate.

Two Men and a Truck moved the contents of our home into a storage unit. They were able to make everything fit into one storage unit which was quite an accomplishment in itself. The movers were conscientious and also took great care in moving some delicate pieces. The guys were on time and very professional. They did some damage to my walls in my brand new home, but they were aware of it, and gave me a discount on the cost of the move. That was a good move on their part. I get that nicks can happen. I was pleased that the movers acknowledged their mistake and took action to make it right.

Didn’t get the service I was expecting. Had 2 storage units asked to have quoted for move from unit to new home . Had filled out online paper but wanted a quote to move it all after move was over they had moved most of my big items (62 pieces ) and that was it . Now I still have 1 and a half units still to move .. so for the price and what I was told I don’t believe I got the service I was expecting.
