From first call to completion this was the best moving experience ever! Representatives on phone were very helpful and especially the quick shift in my scheduled time due to POD delivery issues - immediately took my stress away by rescheduling to meet my needs. The two men who came (early!) were professional, friendly, fast and efficient with unloading my POD! I will call on Two Men in the future if or when I need to move again! Highly recommend!!!

Of the 12 or 13 times I've moved, the last three being with Two Men ..., never once has the damage umtil now
Bashed in boxes, broken and damaged furniture, broken dishes, figurines, etc. , photos of all. Some of the items cannot be replaced. Some can be repaired but will always be weakened by the damage. I insist on meeting with your company to review the.photos and discuss the situation. I will wait for your early response.

We have used Two-Men and a Truck before and have always had excellent results. This time VERY different. Apparently there was some miscommunication because when the movers showed up they told me they were only there to move her furniture, not pack. I am 59 and my mother is 79. There was no way we were going to be able to pack, especially without boxes, paper, etc., (the movers brought tape and a few boxes with them). Their schedule was too full to help us. Within five minutes, one of the movers broke an 80-year-old antique compote and stated, "we need to reschedule this." Mom had to be out of there that day. Her furniture arrived at the new facility scratched - Tell City antique furniture. Are you going to reimburse this? Probably not.

Worst experience ever!!!!!

Overall pleased with everything regarding our move. Some minor damage was discovered but overall quite happy with the movers.

First both the gentleman were extremely nice, professional and considerate. They were very late from my time frame given but office did contact me and so did the movers. It was not their fault. Price is higher than other movers but appreciated an accurate quote and being bonded. There was some damage to my new apartment which was documented and pictures sent. I know accidents happen. I was told someone would contact me about repairs but it has been 12 days and still nothing. No contact. Stairway rail is still pushed through drywall and have not heard anything. That is frustrating when you purchase the insurance and have to pay when move is done but no followup on issues caused by the company. That’s my only complaint. Again the movers were great and I tipped them well because of it.

I have used this company many times and was always happy. However this move I was a little disappointed. I had boxes plainly marked "glass" but they apparently couldn't read. The one guy was very good, the other one was like a bull in China store, dropped many boxes hence had broken items. I had a glass top end table that the paint was chipped off on the top, must have hit it with something. Now I have to try and match the color or paint the whole thing. When he went to put the glass top back on this table instead of holding his hand under the glass, he just let it drop down, luckily it didn't break. That one guy just didn't care. So to ay the least I really wasn't happy. I am still unpacking boxes, I just wonder how many more thing will be broken. I found kitchen boxes in bedroom etc.

The movers scratched my dresser, dented the walls from move from location, scratched the floor at both locations, left chair that was wrapper to move at move from location that I had to move myself. Also damaged ceiling and walls at new location.
Call customer service for resolution and no call back after several messages.
Need resolution ASAP.

Arrived on time. Men were polite and informative. Loading of truck was NOT efficient. DID NOT wrap all furniture....causing extreme damage to dining room table. Truck breaks down between loading location and delivery location. All boxes were marked by room location and men DID NOT deliver to correct rooms after being directed when entering the house. Furniture repairman calls Nd schedules to arrive our house to inspect dining room table damages 8-9 days after event occurs. This should happen within 72 hours! Overall experience....would never recommend to anyone. Our first time experience with your service was GREAT. Not so much this time. Hope this helps you to better train and maintain your equipment.

Two of the men were okay. One had a poor attitude and was snappy and a bit rude. They were not careful with my items at all and broke an item on my porch on the way out and did not acknowledge it. I have been reimbursed for that item but I'm very disappointed with the overall service. We have used you in the past and have always been satisfied but with our move that is coming up in a couple of months I do not think we'll be using you again.

I had concern over the time it was taking and spoke to someone that said they would contact the workers to see if they needed someone to come help and no one contacted workers. It seemed to take a long time for what we had...over estimated time!
Also, scratched wood floor in old house. Left a message for customer service and have not received call back.
