This survey is for our first of three trucks. This was a very average move, the 3 men we had on this move did not pack the truck very compactly yet filled the truck and filled the 10 x 25' storage unit 3/4 full. Did not make good use of the space. The men were very nice and polite, slow and deliberate, just not very efficient with space.

Everything was excellent from the first phone call to set up the move to the end of the move. The movers were professional and very friendly. We would definitely use this company again and refer others to you. Thank you for making our move the best move ever. We are so glad we chose your company to move us.

Exceptional staff from the video walk thru for my estimate to the 4 men who did the actual move. Extremely friendly, fast and amazingly strong. I would recommend them 100%

I was very pleased with the whole crew. I had heavy furniture going up 3 flights of stairs. They crew was very careful with my furniture. I will definitely use them again.

There were a few hiccups on both ends but were resolved. The team didn't bring tools which I thought was a bit ridiculous. Tools were brought to them and everything worked out

The move of my furniture was successful completed but the communication of the time of the move was terrible. I was told verbally when scheduling it it was scheduled for the afternoon of Monday 12/9. When no one showed up I referred to the paperwork I had been sent and realized the paperwork said Tuesday 12/10. I had also been told the movers would be going straight from the pickup location to the delivery location. In neither the phone call or the paperwork I received was I ever told this would not all happen on the same day. However again when no one showed up at the delivery location I had to call around to figure out where my furniture was and when it would be delivered. I finally received a text outside of business hours that the delivery was scheduled for the following morning. Again this had never previously been communicated to me. Finally on the morning delivery was supposed to happen I received a call stating when the movers would arrive. That time came and went and I then received a call that the movers had gone to the wrong address and were still more than 20 minutes from the correct location. Hours were wasted waiting on a delivery they happened two days after what I had verbally been told when scheduling the move
