LD moving team finished our packing and did the load out very efficiently. Showed up at our new address on time and completed the unloading and furniture placement for us with no damage in shipment. Overall a good experience.

I was very happy and satisfied with the crew but in the process, I lost a very valuable piece of jewelry. A heart shaped red box was missing from my dresser and has never been found. I passed this info to an office staff but have never heard back from him.
Some items from this box was found on my kitchen counter but the box and the piece has never been found.

One of the men was rude to my daughter. Other than that; great!

Our moving team was amazing! They were quick, friendly, and over the top helpful. I will 100% use them again if needed!

Very professional and were quick to get the job done. Communicated very well. One thing I would suggest is giving the team members, during this time in our country, masks and disposable gloves to use, especially if you don't know if they have been exposed.

I thought your sales team was very professional, I did feel that they short staffed your moving crew on day of service. The movers didnt complain they just worked literally all day and i asked what they thought and they said a 4 man crew should have been on this. They were amazing and cant thank them enough for how hard they worked.

Chris and Brandon (our moving team) were such hard workers and delightful. We truly appreciate their time and efforts. They were really great. I’ve already recommended the company to a friend bc our experience was so wonderful and we plan to use you in the next few weeks again as we finalize our move.

The 4 movers were great. The estimator was great. My problem is with the department that handles damages. Contacted several times but NO RESPONSE!!

Brandon & Chris did a great job. Both very professional and took pride in their work! It was a pleasure to have them in our home.
