The movers showed up over 90 minutes late. They started by carrying all boxes by hand instead of using the cart they had brought, which was much slower. When I was not watching them them seemed to work very slowly. When I told them I thought they were not progressing very fast, one of them kept arguing with me instead of working. Another mover took over a 15 minute break when he thought I was not around to see this (this break was not noted on any of the forms). When we got to the storage unit they did unload things fairly quickly. However, when I looked at the boxes after they left, they had put all the boxes that were clearly labeled “Fragile Glass” on the bottom of piles (sometimes with 4 or 5 heavy boxes on top of them).

<div>Beth-We can assure you that with a 96% referral rate this is not the normal outcome when using Two Men And A Truck. Our men had arrived from a previous job and sometimes will not use the cart if moving by hand is quicker. Our men do this every single day and generally know the quickest/safest way to move items. Using a cart is much slower than multiple men running boxes. Our men also want to get home to their families and try very hard to save customers money off the estimated cost. They in fact make more money if the customer saves money to alleviate this type issue.<br/>Two Men And A Truck Indianapolis</div>

Ethan was so helpful when I called to set the appointment. Then on the hottest day of the year Chris, Bryant & Steven were the absolute champs moving me from an upstairs apartment to another upstairs apartment across town. If they weren't so hot & sweaty I would of hugged them. They made my moving experience easy for me and I so appreciate them. Thanks to you all!!

Our move could not have been made any easier thanks to the friendly and professional guys that came to move us. Rob and Ketan went way above and beyond to make sure everything they moved got to our new house just like it left our old house taking care not to scuff our newly painted walls or scratch the floors. And they hustled the whole time making sure to get us done in our estimated time even though we never hurried them in any way. I hope at our age we never move again but if we do we'll definitely use Two Men and a Truck and would most definitely recommend them!

I never received the services. I have called the local office and the national now in order to receive a refund of the deposit, and I have not heard back at all. My significant other and I are trying to have a good household, and every penny counts. We were told that our services could be moved to a week past my initial move date. However, we were already packed and were unable to reconstruct things seeing as I work during the week. My middle aged parents were the ones to help us move, including heavier objects such as a large dresser and a bed. I am highly dissatisfied with the response to the situation, as I called within 2 hours of the call informing me we wouldn't have services, and have yet to receive a call back.

We were going to move my son but at age 60 and in the heat with no either additional help we realize that this was going to be wearing. When my friend had said they always use two guys and a truck to move them and how much of a good experience that was I got on the phone. From the minute that my call was answered we were able to schedule a time that was convenient for us and you were able to schedule us in on the specific day Sean and Rafael or absolutely terrific. They have great personalities, worked very hard and very fast, and stayed to the task. They were able to complete the job in last time therefore it cost us less. It was definitely worth the money that we paid and we would use you again and we would preferred to do. Thanks to Sean and Raphael they do an excellent job!

They left items at the first destination including my moms battery charger for wheel chair, a mirror, a radio and a tv. The radio and tv were stolen. I left a message for the office the night of the move that the charger was gone and we could not operate moms wheelchair. She has Parkinson’s and is 80. Apparently they don’t care. They never called back. Now she has no radio and no tv either. I have used them 3 times before. Never again.
