I had a scheduled delivery between 2:30 - 4:30. The movers did not show up until 7:30, after 4 different calls. I have scratched floors, I have scratched paint on the walls, I have a scratched refrigerator & I had water all over hardwood floors from washing machine, they decided to take the hose off the back in the middle of moving it. Lost parts to a glass and wood curio cabinet. I will not recommend or ever use again Two Men and a Truck.

Our daughter is in college and wanted to move. We are in Alabama. I looked on the internet and saw 2 men and a truck. We knew from reputation in Alabama it was a good company. I called and a very nice young man helped me. I wish I remember his name. I called several times and he was very helpful and nice. Our daughter had not had to handle moving without parents. Someone called and arranged to be early. She loved that. the movers were very nice. They were quick Did a great job of getting everything in place The price great. The crew was too tightly booked so they could not respond to changes in our situation as a result we are not completely moved. This was not the fault of the two men it was the fault of dispatch.

You sent me 3 very polite, caring, detail oriented young men a person could possibly ask for. I was very impressed by the way these young men handled my entire move. The were knowledgeable, hard working, very polite, very personable and friendly. Hang onto these 3. They were a joy to be around and talk to and made my move much less stressful. The movers were hard workers who didn't stop working. They moved me quickly, efficiently and carefully.

Brad was great but the other guy tried to take an 8 drawer dresser down a curved staircase by himself and gashed 3 holes on the drywall and put scrape marks along another. Unfortunately they didn’t work as a team and therefore they only accomplished moving the big heavy items. My husband and I had to make 30+ loads on our own to finish the move. Thank you for sending 3 extra guys to finish the job where we moved in. Those 3 were fantastic! I’m hoping to hear back about the damages today. We are only living here temporarily until our house is built and I’d like to use the company again...but would not want Vernon (I think) on the team. Nice guy but the damages speak for themselves.

From start to finish, everyone was professional and punctual. These men got everything packaged and moved in less than three hours. The only reason why I didn't give them a complete perfect score was because they did damage the bottom left corner of my box spring.

Our move was terrible. It was an out of town move and mishandled by the sales staff. No one did an onsite inspection to properly determine time, man power or trucks. Tons of our stuff was left in the state we moved from and now we have the time and extra expense of going back to get it not to mention more storage fees. We had several items damaged including a very expensive he washer that had the glass top load glass door broken and detached from the hinge and the glass was also separated. We can't run the washer because of this. Other furniture was broken. We are missing tons of essential items for the house we moved into. I called today to speak with a customer service manager and have not received a call back. Saying our move using you was a total disaster is an understatement.

Terrible experience ruined chair lack of concern for my things A very bad move

Late arrival. Men had no lifting equipment/straps....moved all by manual lifting. It as a very hot day and the two helpers had no water with them. We gave them lots of bottled water. Movers tore a hand hole in master bed bottom matters fabric and didn't tell us. If it wasn't for Derek, the move wouldn't have been completed in one day. Went over time estimate because guys (except Derek) were wore out and took rests in truck while I helped Derek put our furniture back together. I gave $150 tip, but this should have all gone to Derek. By the way, I still have the manager's tool kit left behind that the he's suppose to have come by and pick up. Derek called me and had asked if the tool kit had been picked up. My components only go to Derek. Above comments are from David
