Everything went very smoothly until the end of the move. The movers forgot to attach a very heavy mirror to my dresser. I tried to call as soon as I discovered the mirror laying on top of my mattress but was unable to contact anyone. I tried to reach the company but no one returned my call. As it turned out I ended up having to hire two other guys to attach the mirror 2 days later. I had to have help just moving it off the bed. Also discovered that the movers had left a table leaf back at the old house. They had carried it out to the porch and left it there.

Very happy with the office staff on their ability to answer question about my move and following up with us.

During Our move, it was apparent that Your company has a training program & policies in place to protect customer's personal property. The lead man knew what to do & was all about working to make things smooth & efficient.

2 if the 3 men on the team were EXCELLENT Plus!!! There was a third that did not pull his share of the weight - the other 2 (the leader plus the tall one) were amazing and deserve Excellent ratings!

My husband was beyond impressed with the movers. He said to me "there is excellent and amazing and then there is Tyler and Steve. They are beyond excellent and amazing." My husband was so impressed with them. They moved our heavy furniture so efficiently. We had a king sized bed and a couch with electronic recliners on each end. They moved them with ease. Thank you so much for making our move effortless. We greatly appreciative your expertise and professionalism.

Our experience as you can tell was excellent from the estimator and everyone else. I can't say enough good thngs about oour moving team of Randall and Andrew. They called before arrival and and did arrive within the scheduled arrival time. These two young men worked very hard and at a fast pace in preping and loading our property, and again unloading at new address. They put moving boxes in locations as marked put everything in place and connected as necessary. With all this they completed the move in an hour less than the estimate. We had used Two menn and a Truck before and have always been well pleased. We will recommend them as we get a chance.

The movers were awesome...very polite and willing to do whatever we needed. They were very hardworking and did a great job of keeping the move efficient! I thought that they both did a great job!
