Online estimate was lower than on site estimate. No Problem there. Didn't hear from office for final confirmation and was unable to contact dispatch. Became concerned. Office or Dispatch finally return my message the morning of move. Whew. The team that arrived was on time and very courteous and professional. They took excellent care of my furnishings and worked diligently to meet move timeframes. These two gentlemen are a credit to your organization/franchise!

The two guys who moved us were awesome. They asked questions of us as the move was in progress to make sure they were doing what we wanted. So very helpful on arrival to get all the heavy stuff exactly where we wanted it. I will be recommending them.

Really appreciated how helpful and friendly all the guys were. They ran to get the next item and ran around the table while wrapping!! That’s a strong work ethic!!

The two men that was sent for our job was total opposites. William was amazing!! He was polite, helpful and fast. The other guy was horrible!! He broke a table, a TV and would stack multiple boxes on top of boxes labeled "FRAGILE". William had to keep motivating the other guy and due to this, our move took 2 hours longer than quoted. William definitely was a pleasure to work with and I hope all the best for him.

The team that arrived was very professional and very fast. I was very impressed with how they stacked and fit everything to get as much as possible. The only thing I didn't like was they could not go back for a second trip. I still had a lot of stuff left behind and I had to move in one day.

Brandon, John, Eric and Tim were professional courteous and had a great positive attitude they deserve a raise!
