I explained to the person on the phone that this would be moving to severely autistic adult twins to an apartment and that I needed a smooth and personalize well thought out and moving experience. I told the operator that the girls needed to be moved during the times of 10 AM to 3 PM because they are on a schedule and emotionally could not handle any other times as they are severely, severely autistic. The movers they sent were early 2 1/2 hours late. Scheduled arrival was 12:30 to 3:30 pm. The movers arrived at the old apartment at 5:50 pm. Because of the late arrival it ended with one of my twins pounding her head in the wall and the other slamming her chin so much that she was bleeding all over the place. I want a phone call now!

My movers were kind, but there were a few hick ups. First of all, nothing was wrapped for safety and one of our bookshelves shelves did break. The head guy fancied himself an interior designer and would not put things where I asked him if he didn't feel like it fit the space. They also did not put boxes in the correct rooms even though I labeled the doors to match the boxes and even provided the year "2019" on the box so they knew which label to follow. It's making unpacking take so much longer, because day one I basically just had to move everything where I asked for it to go in the first place. I'm exhausted and expending a lot of energy on this. Please make sure you do a thorough training with your employees about not just being kind, but also being able to read labels.

I was disappointed that parts of 2 beds were left at our house. I had to finish putting the beds together and wanted them to do it. Also one of our TVs has a ding on it.

I thought the movers did a good job. They did break a picture frame that was hanging on the wall (I am not sure how it was broken since they weren't carrying any furniture). I also wish they would have taken the time to place/center some of the heavier furniture. However, they were efficient, protected stairways with blankets, and had a good attitude (which goes a long way).

This team of two kids, put flammable items deep in my storage and as they were doing this said “we didn’t do this”.
That’s my first real concern, because now I need to empty a 10 x 20 storage packed to the hill just to get those items out before they explode. The second issue was I had a massage chair that they left for last and when he started to move it , Zack removed a plastic plate underneath the foot rest and then stopped and told me they couldn’t move it because it was hydraulic! As which later my son told me it was not hydraulic and we found that Zack had broke a corner off that plastic piece and had left the screws laying on the floor.
The third thing I am very upset with is they damaged our walls coming up from the stairs carrying a tread mill, to which Zack did not file a rep

Our experience with Two Men and a Truck was good. There was some damage to the home we moved from and to our furniture. I truly appreciated the quick response from the on site supervisor to file a claim and take ownership of the damages. I understand that there will be damage with such a large move. The moving staff was professional and easy to work with. The follow up afterwards to repair the damaged furniture was very quick and professional.

We were quoted with 1.5 hour minimum labor charge on the phone and on the written quote. After the service was completed, I got a call saying it was a minimum of 2 hours and we still owed. We didn't use the full 1.5 hour and would have had them move more if I would have known before. Plus the scratched a brand new wood grained steel front door and bent a hinge/bracket on the brand new screen door where the shock absorber pin mounts to door frame. I hope my furniture that they wrapped and put in storage isn't damage. That's why we hired you because it's a brand new sectional sofa and ottoman. I have used you 2 other times but very disappointed this time with problems with billing and moving damage.

Everything was fine except they tore the flooring moving out the washer and dryer which Im sure my son will be charged for from the owner

I'm missing my back brace. It wasn't included in my move. I'm concerned about where it is. My insurance paid for this and it was prescribed to me by my doctor. When speaking with one of the movers. He stated he had a bad back and had been on disability 3 time's in his life. He had a bad attitude the entire time he spent a long time in my bedroom after I moved the brace in there. I want management to call me. I'm reporting it stolen because my dad and brother wouldn't steal from me.

We were thrilled with the movers who came out to help us.
