Our experience was great. They communicated well -- called ahead of time; showed up on time; and explained all the paperwork well. They got right to work and finished under the estimated amount of time. Very pleasant men.

I was not present so I am reporting what was told me. one of my concerns was moving the many pictures THIS WAS THE REASON I CHOOSES YOU and you asked us to sign a waver was a surprise and we did not sign. The other was the dents and scrapes on our new refrigerator. the men seamed rushed even after two more were called in. We liked the help unloading a placing the stuff where we needed it. One of the reason we wouldn't sign the waiver was the was the truckes were packed, which in spire condense that the pictures would not arrive and some of the members have died.

Dakota and Seth did an outstanding job. They were very courteous and quick. We would use 2 Men and a Truck again and request these 2 gentlemen.

What a great and quick experience. Jordon and Victor were our driver and mover. We moved over 500 miles in about 24 from the time the truck arrived until it left empty on the next day.
Our movers were very careful and extremely busy. There was no standing around. They got the job done.
Kayla at the office was very helpful in walking us thru the whole process. An excellent team in Ft Wayne Indiana.

The new refrigerator was dented and scratched. the waver for the pictures was unexpected with the man in charge (Our Guy) . It took longer we expected. other wise it was good service.

The movers were great very friendly and took good care of my possessions. I would definitely use again.

From day 1, the office staff were extremely accommodating. This was important because my move ended up delayed by 2 days. They worked with me to fit my revised schedule and explained my options clearly. Then, on the day of the move, the crew of two was fast, funny, efficient, and very professional. Very easy to work with both loading and unloading. They didn't assume anything and asked questions when in doubt. LOVE THEM for this as there were many things I had not thought of. Great job to all. I highly recommend them.

Our move turned out to be complicated when the newly constructed apartment we were supposed to occupy did not meet the requirements for occupancy by the city. The team was understanding and accommodating in helping to meet our needs in such a stressful time. Austin and his moving team as well as the office staff went above and beyond when things turned around and we were able to move late in the day. All are deserving of recognition for their great work!!

The crew was excellent ! Very professional! I would recommend this crew and company to everyone! We even told the guys that in 10 years when the kids are out of the house we want them to move us down south!
