Great service, but paying for the truck to drive to our home isn't something customers should pay for. Especially since we live here in Evansville.

Hi, Ryan. We appreciate your feedback. We charge our drive time from the time we leave the office until the time we return back to the office instead of a fuel surcharge. All of this information is located in your pre-move letter you receive after scheduling your move with us. We hope this helps explains things a bit. Thank you for sharing!

We were in a family crisis and couldn’t be at the storage facility where the belongings were to be unloaded. The team did a horrible job in placing items in the storage unit, I guess somewhat our fault, but a little thought could have gone into it, and been helpful.

The movers were great. They worked quickly while taking extra care while moving my stuff. They asked if we needed help placing or moving anything in the house. The office staff was very friendly, informative, and very easy to work with. I will recommend two men and a truck to anyone moving.
