Not sure how you do it, but you hire the nicest workers! So friendly and hard working. After spending a day with them, we become the best of friends.

As the owner of a national training company which offer customer service training I was very impressed by the service provided by Emil and Keyondrick. They were exceptional very professional, respectful, patience, engaging, and worked extremely well together. They are a definite asset to the company.

Thaddeous&Evan were very polite and carring with moving my mothers furniture.You should be proud to have them on your team of movers!

Everything was great except they nut a small hole in the wall on my staircase

When I booked with you, I was told we would have 4 men and 1 truck, when they showed up, there were actually 5 men and 2 trucks! All of the men on the crew were extremely courteous and went out of their way to make sure that all of my furniture was protected and not damaged! We were moving into a new build home and they took extra care to protect all the doorways, stair railings and new flooring. The only complaint I have is that when they used the motorized dolly on my stairs, it tore through the protective barrier and either stained the floor or melted the carpet fibers. I immediately contacted the office and I was talking to a carpet cleaning company to come out and look at it within 15 minutes! I would definitely recommend and use Two Men & and Truck for any future moves!

They broke my lamp, lost screws to my bed, moved slowly, forgot my new bed slacks and I had to bring them to the new location myself,

The only issue was the drywall damage and the missing feet from the bed, however the resolution was professional done and friendly. The issue is not 100% call complete but it is in the works.

Jeremy and Joseph was very courteous and communicated well. Kyle contacted me several times by phone and was also very professional. The day after my move, I was making my bed and saw a small dent on the footboard that I am sure happened during the move. When the truck pulled out of my driveway there was a loud bang and when they stopped the truck to look in back, I heard one of the guys say it was the bed that fell. I didn't notice the dent right away since it wasn't in a super obvious place and I'm sure that Jeremy or Joseph didn't realize it either. That was the only negative. In general Joseph and Jeremy did a great job.

The only reason I gave them a poor under appearance was that a few of the men smelled so strong of body odor before they even started working.
Some of our items even smelled long after they were gone.

We also had a damage to a wall when they ran into it carrying a very heavy couch. It was an accident. The men felt terrible and their boss was very upset that they didn’t wait for him to guide them.
Tony was GREAT. VERY professional. They all worked very hard that day.
