I gave an accurate list of my items. Was estimated 3-5 hours. It took over 6. Movers were told it would be a half of a truck. It was nearly full. Again, my list was accurate. This process seems nearly fraudulent. Near the end of unloading, a large glass dining table top was broken. Accidents happen. I assumed that a report was made and I would be hearing from the office. Happened Saturday, this is Tues. I'm overlooking a small hole in the drywall, on the wall going down to the basement. Even though it was not acknowledged to me. So, I'm not a happy customer and I hope your company gets in contact with me soon. You have my email. You sent me a survey. But nothing about broken glass. That seems unprofessional to me.

We got a little bit of a late start in the day but it was ok overall. There was some damage to an oversized desk trying to make it up a winding stairway, but the moving team was honest about the damage and went over the steps to get it taken care of. They were very helpful.

The guys disassembled my sleep number but did not reassemble it, nor did they mention that. I went to make the bed and it totally deflated with my touch. I called and the guys said they didn’t remember how to reassemble it. So I called the office and a moving supervisor came the next morning and fixed it, he also made a damage claim on a piece of furniture and wood work. The next day I went to unpack and put items in my armoire and the door fell off...it had been placed on the track, covering a hole and the sliding mechanism was broken off. Another supervisor came out and filled out a damage report. So I am still waiting to hear from them now. It has been 48 hours from the first report filed. I’m hoping it gets resolved!

I would not recommend Two Men and a Truck and I will not use them again. Several furniture pieces were damaged, hardwood floor was scuffed, an appliance was damaged and after going through the house afterwards I noticed several boxes that had been clearly marked put in the wrong rooms. Also, at least two boxes marked fragile very obviously had other boxes placed on top of them. The men also didn't use the appliance dolly they had to move the washer and dryer downstairs, hence one getting damaged. I'd even emailed the office before the move to make sure they had proper equipment for the move. The men were nice and tried, but must have been inexperienced or something.

Bed frame was damaged and aslo several other pieces of furniture had damage to corners. The walls of our old house were damaged and had to be repaired. Still waiting on update of damage claim for damaged furniture but nobody will call me back!

The movers worked really hard but I am more particular about the care of my personal property. To their credit the furniture was really heavy but there was damage to my leather furniture.

I had a different crew the second day. I saw what happened right in front of me to some of my most expensive items, truly disappointed and shocked. Can’t believe the movers did not say a word about some of the damage they saw but I didn’t. It wasn’t something they could have missed. Deeply regret hiring this company, this time. Won’t recommend them the ways things are going at this point. Truly disappointed at the lack of integrity shown the second day. Needs to be addressed by someone who truly cares about the reputation of their company.

There were 2 in training. One to be in charge of his own crew and a mover. I would recommend that an eye be kept on new movers to help with quick decisions. I had bigger boxes on smaller boxes, box handles broken (assuming they were dropped). Although nothing in the boxes were broken or damaged it would have been less worrisome for me. I did have 1 plastic shoebox size container broken, which I am sure was due to the cold weather, that would have been nice if it were mentioned to me. Over all, very accommodating and willing to do anything asked of them. They kept me informed of time limits so I wouldn't go over the allotted time and quote, which I loved. If i had to do over again, I would in a heart beat!
